Our staff and Board of Governors have been reviewing our Addressing Bullying Policy to ensure it continues to reflect our school's values and supports a safe, positive learning environment for all. As part of this process, our School Council played an important role in helping us make the policy clear and meaningful for pupils. They spent time reading through the policy and have created a short video clip to help other pupils understand the expectations we share at our school. Their involvement highlights the importance we place on pupil voice and ensuring children are actively included in shaping the policies that affect them.
